  3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided) to track the status of your delivery.

  4. Shipping Delays: Hair By Courtney Anne is not liable for any delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Returns Policy:

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase or order number with your return request.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to return your item(s).

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment.

  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
